VII The duration of data storage

Your Personal Data will be stored and processed for no longer than 30 months from the day of your consent.

You are entitled to:

  1. Access your data at any time and to request a copy
  2. The right to correct your data
  3. The right to delete your data
  • If you are convinced that there is no reason for us to process your data, you can request a complete removal of its removal

    4. The right to limit the scope in which your data might be processed

  • At your request, we are obliged to restrict the processing of your data:
  • Only for the purpose of storage,
  • to use the data to the extent that was agreed upon by both parties,
  • when you find that the data that we possess is incorrect or processed unjustifiably
  • when you decide that you do not want us to delete it because you need the data to establish, investigate or defend your claims
  • for the time of a filed objection towards the processing of your data

    5. The right to file objections towards the processing of your data

  • Marketing” objection. You are entitled to object towards processing your data in order to conduct direct marketing activities. If you decide to exercise this right – we shall cease to process your data for this purpose.
  • Objection justified by an extraordinary situation. You are entitled to file objection in order to restrict the scope of the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate interest in means other than direct marketing, and also when the process is necessary for us to perform a demand of public interest or to exercise public authority. In such case you should clearly highlight your extraordinary situation, which in your opinion justifies the restriction. We will cease to process your data, excluding situations when we shall prove that the basis on which we process your data is superior to your rights to restrict them or when your data is necessary for us to establish, investigate or to defend our claims.
  • 6. The right to move/transfer your data
  • You are entitled to request and receive – in a structured, commonly used, machine readable format – all of the data that you shared with us based on your consent. On your request, we can also transfer the data directly to another entity.

    7. The right to lodge a complaint to supervisory authority

  • If you are convinced that we are processing your data illegally, you can file a complaint to the chairman of the Protection of Personal Data Office or another appropriate supervisory body

    8. The right to withdraw your consent to process your data

  • If you agreed to process your personal data, you are entitled to (at any given time) to withdraw your consent. The withdraw shall not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that took place before the withdrawal.
